Many hotels and resorts have gyms on-property that you can use whenever you want during your stay. But those gyms often only have a few pieces of equipment and a treadmill. While these pieces of equipment are great, you could just use workouts for hotel rooms and never even leave the privacy of your room. Many of these exercises are bodyweight exercises which means you won’t need to pack any bands or weights.
However, if you want, adding weights or bands to these travel exercises won’t hurt and should be relatively easy. Just make sure you stay within your comfort zone and everything will be perfect. You will still get to enjoy your travels, you will still be able to make it to your meetings, but you will also be able to live healthily. That is the most important thing, to live as healthy as possible, get your workouts in, and to not let a hotel room get in the way of your health.
