Small changes done consistently over time add up to big results. Make these 7 small changes now and get ready for some big awesomeness in the new year!
The effect is the same when we make small changes in our own daily lives. If we are consistent and perform new habits, or small changes every day, the impact will compound over time, and “suddenly,” we’ll see some big changes! If you make these small changes now, without all the fuss and glamour of “New Year’s Resolutions,” by the time the New Year’s confetti is cleaned up you will be showing off some amazing results!
That’s right, go right to your email and unsubscribe to all those marketing emails clogging up your inbox. All those newsletters you don’t read. Gone. Clear out the clutter, and keep it clean, to minimize mailbox overwhelm and mayhem.

Master that, and cut down one or two more times. All that money you saved on eating out will come in handy when you need to buy new pants since your old ones won’t fit!
By incorporating small changes vs. wide sweeping changes you allow yourself the opportunity to make small adjustments in your daily routine to accommodate the new. If you master this, you will rock the new year like no one’s business!
