My heart, spirit, and soul are prepared for the unknown. With a thankful heart, I am off to a great start. However, I choose to practice gratitude in all circumstances, even in the challenging times.

Taking a moment to reflect each morning in gratitude helps me to face the world with a positive attitude. However, I can rise above any situation that may seek to cloud my outlook.
